Our homes are ready to contribute to a carbon neutral future.  We create homes fit for the future by installing energy efficient heat pump technologies and by ensuring the very latest building regs standards for insulation and heat retention are met.

Where possible we preserve original features such as stone lintels, old ironmongery, wooden beams and trusses. Traditional exteriors are preserved and re-created using reclaimed tiles, timbers and bricks. Premium quality new materials such as oak, cedar and limestone are used to complement original features. We are proud to support the British Wool Industry by ensuring all carpets are British made from British wool.

We solely employ the services of construction company Mark J Scott Ltd: a team of master craftsmen and builders with an established reputation and over 40 years experience in the region. Together we achieve exceptional standards through a combination of attention to detail, a high level of specification and bespoke solutions to complex building challenges.
